More About Me

I love being active and outdoors, especially with my husband and three young boys. Walks, bike rides, water sports (I just learned to water ski!), yoga, pilates — you name it, I’m up for it. One of my favorite ways to stay active is running, although these days it’s with one of my boys scooting or biking alongside me.

Other loves?

  • Chocolate covered anything (especially if it’s salty)

  • London fogs (the best tea drink ever: recipe)

  • Midwest sunsets.

I graduated from Marquette University with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2002. With a background in neuro rehab and orthopedics, I dove into women’s health in 2009. My post graduate work has been in obstetric care and pelvic health through the APTA’s Academy of Pelvic Heath and the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I am also a Pose Method Certified Running Technique Specialist.

As a breast cancer thriver, I believe in comprehensive treatments. Pre and post mastectomy education and care were critical to my full recovery. This is why I’ve been inspired to bring personalized guidance and support to mamas and mamas-to-be around Chicagoland. With a little help, we can all live active, energized lives full of joy.
